We would consider the work cone to have been completed in a very timely manner, order completed earlier than anticipated, our sales representative and installer, John was very professional, knew his products well, gave great suggestions and the job when completed was beautiful. We would highly recommend Pinnacle Decorative Glass, and especially our Sales Rep/Installer. John Ball, he was the best.
