Back in 2011 I engaged Daniel to make a storage unit for my basement. The project was very challenging as it meant closing the space under my stairs. The process took twice as long for Daniel, but he showed commitment to do it right.
In 2013 my basement got flooded and I asked Daniel to help me again as I knew Daniel would still be able to give me a high quality product. This time around, Daniel improved the installation process so he was more efficient; after the unit was in place, there were a couple of minor installation glitches that Daniel diligently dealt with, showing his strong orientation to customer delight. At the end, the quality was again excellent.
At the finalization of the projhect, Daniel sent me a customer feedback form showing even more commitment to improve. I was amazed.
