Maple Rose Movers

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!! They stored our patio furniture for the winter season and we never saw it again! Then the untruths began about what happened to our furniture. It was taken by a gisgruntled employee, then it was taken by the storage facility's manager. Then perhaps it was a conspiracy by the two of them. All the while we received a boat full of excuses and broken promises regarding compensation. Needless to say we never received our furniture or money. These people are not to be trusted, the stories they spun were so outrageous that if it were not true it would be truly laughable. After starting this ordeal in march I have spoken with Chris and Marie almost on a daily basis and they have promised me on many occasions that an email transfer was sent, but of course no monies were forthcoming. STAY AWAY FROM MAPLE ROSE MOVERS!

Everything was smooth, no time was wasted, my furniture was well protected and I had a great experience. Also the price was more than reasonable. I had a great day

Our real estate agent highly recommended Maple Rose and attested to their "white glove" service; they did arrive on the scheduled day to move our furniture into storage, so that's what the 1 star is for. In the process of moving, they scraped huge chunks of paint off the wall by our staircase and left a deep four-inch scratch in our hardwood floors. Chris was apologetic and said he'd send someone to repaint the wall, which he did (and it was Thanksgiving weekend), so that's the second star -- except that it was a really shoddy paint job, so we then had to roller over it ourselves the day before our house went on the market. We finally sold the place, moved back in, but now they won't return our calls -- my husband has phoned three times and emailed them, I've called, our agent has called/texted, and still we haven't gotten our stuff back. We have no couch, no dressers, no bookshelves, no desks or office chairs, no bikes, etc. Really hoping someone from the company will at least reply to this posting so we can at least get some response and get things moving.

They were very slow broke a few items, billed me extra even tried to take taxes off if I paid cash buy would not get bill. Now nothing fixed and no evidence. There blankets were so dirty. Truck had mechanical issues. No customer service here I'm so upset for ever using this company.
