DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have waited 7 months for a door. They lost the paint sample. I had to drive one there myself because no one came to get another one. No apology. Called every week after for an update. Said the door was being painted. A week after promised installation it arrived NOT PAINTED. Im so done. Would have gone somewhere else but they took $1000 deposit from my elderly mother and no chance of getting it back. BEWARE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE just based on these reviews should tell enough that they dont care to improve or change

Do not use this company for garage doors. Extremely unethical. We purchased a door from them and they specifically suggested we use an industrial marine enamel as it would last longer. They even painted it in the factory. What they don't tell you, and never told us, is that painting the SteelCraft door they supplied, will void the door warranty. Now we have a door that is peeling down to bare metal and both Action Door and Steel Craft's solution is to suggest we buy a new door and that it's not their problem because the door was painted.

Action Door was called to repair/replace doors that were warping in a southern exposure location. They have replaced the doors twice, and provided maintenance three times. They have done so without cost to us and have always been pleasant, organized and courteous. Highly recommend this company, they are effective, well trained and provide a high level customer experience.

My garage door was giving me grief. I phoned Action and they pretty much diagnosed it over the phone that it was a broken internal spring and was 2 weeks delivery. They recommended installing just a regular spring for 1/2 the cost. I also had them install new weatherstripping. The service guy showed up on time, explained different things to me and showed me how to maintain the garage door (who knew that you actually had to lubicate hinges, rollers, etc). They we professional and their diagnosis was spot on. The door has worked flawlessy for the past year.

i was having issues with a garage door that wouldn't go up when you pressed the garage door remote. i called action and over the phone we solved the issue

This company replaced my garage door for me and did an excellent job. They did not try to upsell me on anything and arrived at the set apointment time and finished the job very fast. Great company and employees.

During cold weather garage door opener/tracking broke. Unable to get vehicle out of garage , called action door and the next day technician arrived (exactly on appt time). Very friendly and approachable. Great pricing and great service, I would recommend to anyone looking for garage door services.
