Imran Emamdee, the TSSA Licensed Technician was wonderful to deal with. He was prompt to the service appointment, very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to service my gas fireplace, cleaned it and made it look and function like brand new. He also took the time to answer all my questions about my fireplace and to keep it running optimally. Great overall experience. I would highly recommend Imran!
