Paul and Darren thoroughly explained what they were going to do to our home, and answered any questions as to the process of sealing the foundation wall. They use good quality materials.

We had the exterior wall of our home excavated for waterproofing by Paul and his crew. As per contract agreement they are to put everything back as they found it on your property. We have been chasing Paul for 3 months now to put our paving stones back and to grade the property properly. He still has not cleaned up the mess left behind from the digging.
Our homes walkway it still a muddy mess and Paul has refused to come back to our home and put things back as he found them.
Warning! once this company has your money, you will never see them again. Paul is unprofessional and is full of excuses and is down right dishonest with his customers. After our experience,we would never recommend GTA Waterproofing to anyone. It sounds as if this company will shortly be going out of business as he has a hard time keeping any staff. Sounds like major problems with Paul and his GTA Waterproofing company. Stay way from this company! We will likely be taking GTA Waterproofing to small claims court over this matter as they do not wish to complete the work as stated in the contract agreement.
