Bathrooms"R"Us

Last month we hired Bathrooms R Us to renovate our downstairs bathroom. They combined the unfinished laundry room behind and added a shower. We are very happy with the result. This was by far the easiest reno we have been a part of. I sent Steve a couple of pictures from pinterest. Steve provided samples of tiles, fixtures, paint etc. The job was stared on time and finished on time at exactly the quoted charge. The team of Colin, Sarah & Steve were easy to have onsite. We are very much looking forward to having them renovate our upstairs bathroom.

This is the second bathroom reno we have done with Bathrooms"R"Us. They are very profesional, attention to detail. They got the job done, in time. They are extremely good at what they do. This renovation was the most stress-free construction experience I ever had. Steve, Colin and Sarah made sure everything was tidy at the end of the day. The work is immaculate. I love the results. I think I got my money's worth and will call them again when I do my other bathroom.

We just had Bathrooms R Us redo our ensuite in our 30 year old home. They completely gutted the bathroom, removing our old soaker tub and vanity and put in a beautiful new shower and double vanity. We could not be happier with how it all looks. Steve was so easy to deal with, and his assistant's Colin and Sarah were fantastic. So pleasant and professional. We also had our old PVC plumbing replaced at the same time and they were happy to assist with replacing drywall etc. We would highly recommend Bathrooms R Us!

Simply the Best! I've had two major and one minor renovations during my lifetime and none can hold a candle to this company. From beginning to end the install was flawless. The project team, Steve, Colin and Peter, were skillful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. On the day appointed, the team arrived on time, left everything clean every night and paid particular attention to details --always thinking of the customer. After considering several companies who were on this website we decided to engage the services of Bathrooms "R" US. After one meeting with Steve, the owner, we received a detailed quote along with a time line for the work to gut and renovate our powder room and our main bathroom. This entire project was completed within the two week time estimate that Steve had given us and a return for one day to complete counter installation was because of some changes that we made mid project. The price was exactly what he had quoted us and the only addition was several extra things that we opted for during the project. The actual tear out and construction was done by Colin and Peter who are exceptional workers - they showed up on time and kept us completely in the loop with what was taking place. They did not hesitate to answer any questions we had and sought our input for such things as tile layout and positioning of grab bars and shower etc. Their painting and tiling skills were exceptional as was every other aspect of the work they did. Drop cloths were placed and removed at the beginning and end of every work day. We would highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone without hesitation. The story would not be complete without a mention of Sarah who took care of logistics. She sourced and delivered to the work site everything that was required for the job.

Steve and his crew put in a lovely bathroom for us 2 years ago in our own home but for my mother's bathroom in Vancouver we/she stupidly went with someone else. Long story short, the Vancouver bathroom was now a disaster and needed to have everything pulled out and started from scratch. I called Steve, who came by quickly, assessed the situation, gave us a quote and had the job started and finished, quickly and perfectly, in record time and within budget. I would not hesitate to use and recommend his services, and I am only sorry we did not start out with him on this job!

We were really pleased with speed, efficiency and quality of the work done on our main bathroom.
Steve Edwards was most helpful and his two man crew, Colin and Peter, were first rate and clearly skilled.
All debris from the initial tear out was disposed of promptly and the place was left neat and tidy at the end of each workday and at the end of the project.
We are really happy with the end result.
