We had Feras for the traps installation, then lately we had him ti refill the stations. He is an amazing guy. He answered all my questions, explained the options, and gave recommendations. He was doing his job professionally yet with a friendly spirit. His job is much appreciated. Definitely deserved 5 stars rating.

My family and I had battled these ants for 2 years. We tried multiple ways of ridding our home from these annoying pests, but no luck as they came back the next year. Finally I convinced my father to contact Pestend (which had helped us with a wasp issue) and later that week, Moe (the technician) showed up on time and Covid aware (mask and gloves). He was very pleasant to deal with. He asked me if I had seen any ants with wings and I replied that I had. He mentioned it wasn't a good sign. I showed him to the area with highest population of ants. Within minutes he found the nest and began his protocol. He was extremely knowledgable and reminded me of the steps that followed and how long my family and I needed to stay out of the house adding that my parents are seniors so 24hrs was best. He did his thing quickly and efficiently, even locking up fo us. I highly recommend using Pestend and definitely requesting Moe as your technician.

Moe was amazing. He was able to book an appointment right away and was right on time.

Not only did he address the issue I called about but he also did an inspection and discovered we had ants that were taking over the patio and garden.

Thankfully he was able to work late and finish both service calls instead of me having to wait for a second day.

I had a wasp nest inside the wall mounted a/c in my bedroom. Wasps were getting into the bedroom which was very scary.

The technician Shakeel was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained the options to deal with the situation.

I had been given a quote for treatment based on how I initially described the situation but it did turn out to be more complex to deal with. Nevertheless Shakeel honoured the original quote.

All in all a very positive experience, from booking the appt to dealing with the service technician. I have already recommended this company.

My Husband called Pestend to book an appointment for carpenter bees. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day. Alex and Gill were the technicians. Both of these men were very polite and professional. They completed the treatment for the carpenter bees and provided me with precautions to take (avoiding children from being anywhere near area for 2 weeks) seeing as I have small children (much appreciated!!). I have had Alex as a technician in the past for a couple other pest concerns and he is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Thus it was a pleasure to see him return. My Husband and I are very satisfied with the work he has done. We will continue to use Pestend for any future issues and will recommend this company to others.
