Very prompt and professional. Shakeel was courteous and did the removal quickly and cleanly. The rate was affordable and fair. He even supplied the before photo for us! Thank you Pestend!

Faraz did a great job from start to finish. He completed 3 treatments for us during a time in our lives that was very stressful. He is very reassuring and knowledgeable, and has great customer service. In between treatments we were able to contact him with questions and concerns, which he was able to answer right away. He made this entire experience as painless as possible, which we will be forever grateful for.

As a sidenote, reception was not overly helpful. They could not really answer basic questions or concerns (perhaps additional training or resources should be provided to them). We found going straight to Faraz much more helpful.

Hopefully we will not have to face a bed bug issue again in the future, however if we do or if one of our friends do - we would recommend Faraz in a heartbeat.

I noticed a wasp nest and after battling them for a week I decided to call pestend. The wasps had started a nest that wasn’t visible and I covered the hole, which was a mistake. They continued to find new holes to enter the house. Once Sajjy from Pestend showed up I could quickly tell he was not there just for a transaction, but really wanted to rid my property of the wasps. I am happy to report after a couple days there has been no activity. Thank you Sajjy and Pestend!

Excellent service these guys came out and did their job In about 30 minutes and they were done! and I was pest free almost overnight and they haven’t been back since! I highly recommend their services, Sorry I waited so long! thanks guys!

Today, I had lots of drama with wasps in my eaves. I called Pestend Control Service and I was very satisfied with the level of service received. Saj examined the problem and then talked about the many options I have in getting to the heart of the problem. He was warm, courteous and friendly. I would used his service again.

Overall, happy with the company and Mo. So far, we don't have a major pest problem. The weakness that I see is I. Up front communication regarding what to expect. Also, the follow should be taken more seriously as well.

Moe the technician quickly and fully our carpenter bee issue in our deck, over 15 holes and many bees. Moe took the time to explain why they had chosen the deck and what they were doing before spraying to get rid of them and ensure they didn’t come back. He then offered advice so that the problem wouldn’t arise again.
