We are satisfied with the worked performed by Technician Moe of Pestend.
We contacted Pestend after noticing a scratching sound coming from under the flooring in the room above the garage. We were lucky enough to have them dispatch a technician later the same day.
Technician , Moe arrived on scene and we showed him the area where we heard the annoying scratching noise. He did an inspection of the specific area and a general inspection of both the interior and exterior of our home. Next, he suggested that we do a bit of external caulking to seal a potential entry point. Then he applied the appropriate pest-control treatment to strategic points.
Within a week the issue was resolved.
Moe was very polite and professional. He followed-up about a month later to check our satisfaction level.
