Their technician Tony was awesome. They sent me confirmation of appointment after my first call...Tony arrived 15 mins ahead of appointment...explained everything. Was on the roof and installed one-way door for squirrel and also installed mesh for 6 plastic vents ..promised guaranteed for 3 years...highly recommend Tony & Pestend. You guys rock
