One way door installed for squirrel
We had a squirrel running around our attic.
Tony, came to install a one way door in a section of our house he believed to be the entrance. I asked how he was sure, he said there were scratch marks around the area. Sure, I paid $240, he said to call back in 3 weeks when the squirrel is gone.
3 weeks pass, we use moth balls and other measures to get the squirrel out of our eavestrough. We call Tony to come and finish the job by removing the one way door and repairing our roof.
Tony marked the job as completed last month and we have been calling each week to rebook an appointment for him to come back. He still hasn't shown. Even after last week, he called to confirm he will be coming by... my wife laughs everytime she leaves for work in the morning, she sees the trap there.
I'm not sure what part of the chain is the weak link, but the job's not getting done. I have another appointment booked for tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. (our 6th appointment), let's see how it goes.
