About 2 weeks ago a window caulker was on our balcony and noticed 2 wasp /hornet nests. We considered removing them ourselves, but the hovering activity really scared us. Today, they seemed to be getting more aggressive and extending their territory so I decided to call the professionals. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone on a holiday, but Pestend arranged it very quickly and FAZEE came within a few hours, actually earlier than I had hoped for. He was courteous, quick and very professional, patiently explaining whatever I asked. He was extremely polite and clean around the house. The price was fair and they did not try to upsell me or charge extra for the additional nest he found. I would recommend him to everyone with the unfortunate bad luck of having wasp or hornets nests on their property.
