Had to trench a window well, cut the concrete, install the window and finish the trim

I needed the windows replaced in my home so was starting to research different companies lucky for me U had a couple of friends who had recently had this company do their windows and were happy with the job they did ! So I decided to give them a call couldn’t be happier they did a great job start to finish there was absolutely no mess left when they were done and I live my new windows!!!

Very satisfied with the windows they look great. Service was very professional. But the calking done on the outside looks like it was done in haste and over time has yellowed. Just not happy about this.

The quotation was provided professionally, they performed multiple visits to explore options, listened to our feedback and ensured the windows met requirements and building codes. We also visited their showroom to finalise options for the doors.

The contracting processes was straight forward. They took time to make sure the work to be completed was thoroughly documented and were explicit on what would and would not be completed.

All windows and doors were installed to a high standard. There were no manufacturing issues with the windows, all awnings and casements worked.

The team were polite and courteous, turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves.

They communicated well, and let us know what would happen and when. They always returned our calls and e-mails and answered our queries in an open and honest way.

We went to see about 5 different companies for this. These guys were great to work with. Very professional and very quick. Door and windows look amazing. We got an oversized patio door with 2 side windows installed. It was an easy process to go in and look at samples and chose the right size and style for us. Highly recommend. I would add more photos if I could.
