Vinyl Window Pro

I recently replaced 4 bedroom windows with Vinyl Windows Pro. I was very pleased with the whole process, from the man who came to measure and give us a cost estimate (no pressure or hard sell), to the installers (meticulous work and a clean up job better than any other I've ever had!), to the actual windows (smooth, easy operation, very clean modern lines). Without a doubt, I will be calling them again next year when I replace the next set of windows.

Edit: one year later: tons of condensation build up around the window, which freezes and thaws, leaving a mess. When I emailed Vinyl Window Pro, they told me the humidity in my house is too high. I have multiple windows in the house and none of them had any condensation during the February cold spell (see pic attached comparing the Vinyl Window Pro window vs. the other triple pane IN THE SAME ROOM). I sent this info back via email and have not had a response in about a month. The sliders are also super tight and difficult to open (my wife cannot open it and needs to ask me to do it each time), which I was told helps "keep the window very sealed" - apparently not. I was initially impressed with the install process, but the product doesn't hold up to the sales person's promises. Will not be using again and NOT RECOMMENDED.

Vinyl Window Pro helped us take out an existing bay window and replace it with a large 8x3ft window for our kitchen along with a bathroom window replacement. They were very professional and did the job quick and right once we scheduled them in. Sam and Alexey were great to work with. Overall highly recommended for all windows.

Sam is a proffesional individual and conducts himself in like maner. He never failed to return my calls within minutes. He adressed all my concerns.
Sam is of the mindset that the customer comes first, a hard quality to find these days....anyone using sams expertese will not regret it. Also the work performed by the window crew is exeptional....they performed in a very proffesionsl maner. I am a furniture maker by trade so i know quality workman ship. 100% plus is what i rate sam and the crew.

Tisha was a pleasure to work with at the beginning stages of our window order. He was reliable, prompt and organized. We were immediately comfortable with him and were impressed with his knowledge and skill. He made recommendations which made our decision making much easier. His install team - Alex and other crew - did an amazing job and expertly managed to reinstall indoor window shutters we hoped could be saved! The following day after the install, we noticed one of the higher windows needed to be cleaned, we were too scared to get in a ladder ourselves and asked Alex if his crew would help us. The next day we had someone at our house ready to clean the window. We will work with Vinyl Window Pro again for our next reno!!

In my opinion these guys are ahead of the industry in terms of customer service as well as quality of product. From the initial consult with Sam and Tisha to the installation with Alex and his crew I have had nothing but a pleasant experience.

I was provided with meticulous detail about the product and installation that was above and beyond what others were able to communicate. I was so pleased with the entire process that I utilized them to install a few windows at my parents home. In aggregate, given the well informed sales staff and highly efficient installation crew I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vinyl Window Pro to people who are looking for a quality product at a reasonable price in Calgary.

From the initial consult through the measurements and the final build and installation, Tisha and his crew are outstanding. Always polite and respectful of your home and space, always working to make sure you are satisfied with your choices and final product. We used Vinyl Pro a couple of years ago to replace most of our main floor windows and were very happy with the options presented and the honesty about whether upgrades were worthwhile or not. The guys on the crews are respectful and diligent in their work, and clean up like they weren't there. This year we decided to replace our dining room window and our main living room window and were considering a bay. The guys at Vinyl Pro were upfront about the added costs for a bay window and explained the entire process so that we could visualize everything that would be done, which set our fears to rest. They took all of our criteria into consideration so that we ended up with the final product that we wanted. On the day of installation Tisha and the guys did solid work and stayed late to ensure that the first phase was complete before coming back the next day to finish. Both days I was able to work from home without being disturbed, and they cleaned up indoors and out so that I didn't need to. Tisha takes great pride in his work and has great attention to detail; if something isn't quite right (eg. shade of caulking), he redoes it to make sure it is. This was a massive bay window and a massive project and it turned out amazing. We are super happy with Tisha and Vinyl Pro and often recommend them to others.

Tisha and his crew were very professional from the measuring of the windows to the final clean up inside and out. Everything was completed as promised. The windows are of excellent quality and Tisha explains this quite well with cut away examples. We replaced 7 windows during a break in the weather in Feb 2019. They completed the install in one day which was awesome!! The house feels warmer in the rooms affected. I definitely recommend the windows and Vinyl Pro for window replacements.
