Tisha and his team were amazing to work with. Tisha set a time to give a quote, came on time, the quote was extremely competitive based on the research I had done and other quotes I had received. Communication throughout the process was clear and concise. We were kept in the loop as to when the window would be available. A date was set for install quickly after the window arrived, and the whole installation from cutting the concrete to completion was done in just over half a day. Everyone was polite, there was no mess made in our house, or outside. Everything was kept clean, you would barely know they had been there. I highly recommend working with these guys. Next window we do, we will definitely be giving Tisha a call again.

Excellent service from staff (salesman/installers/receptionist/supervisor etc). and product is top notch! We had a few delays receiving product due to COVID 19, however once our doors arrived they were installed within a few days. Installers cleaned up EVERYTHING- no mess left behind by either crew. Nice to receive such excellent customer service! Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Well done!!

In June 2020 Vinyl Window Pro replaced several windows in our home. The work was friendly and professional. They have the feel of a small business but the professional standards and processes of a large business. They had previously replaced one large window and our back door in 2019. We were very satisfied with the installation. The seal of the back door is amazing. There was an issue with the tint in the window that we noticed during the winter. They replaced the window under warranty without any issues. Based on the effortless warranty replacement, we replaced several more windows. I highly recommend their 3 pane windows. Not only is there a noticeable difference in heat / cold efficiency, but there is absolute silence when the windows are closed.
