Thank you for your review. Yes, this is correct as per the documentation. The original quote was for 4mm glass and the revised production order was changed to 3mm as per production measurements. Additional custom super spacers and glass stops were required for the 3 windows offsetting the difference in price to balance out.
Unfortunately the window that is being addressed were not part of the windows purchased thru our company. We serviced on more than one occasion an existing window that was not updated or replaced at the time of purchase. The install team did what was necessary to seal the window from the outside elements. The warranty of labour and product extends only to the windows purchased and not to the third party windows existing or installed. We wish we could of solved the problem for you as value added to your experience but ultimately this was done at no cost and should be explored to possibly have the window replaced.
