Excellent remediation of our new home
This company has been great from beginning to end, and even years after job completion. They are professional and extremely sensitive to the needs of their clients. I was a new homeowner in 2013 and unfortunately the new home came with severe mold. Mold.ca came to assess the situation and were very clear on the job that needed to be completed. They were also very compassionate, as this whole situation was pretty devastating for us.
Anyway, they worked quickly, and we had our home back in no time. They did an excellent job, and really ensured we took steps to prevent any mold problems in the future. Everyone we had to deal with, from the initial phone call, to assessment, to remediation, to payment, was exceptionallykind,understanding, and professional.
