I was convinced after coming home from Punta Cana, that we had Bed Bugs. I ended up calling (very late at night) and Mike (the owner) was amazing- reassuring me he would help me out and come buy the next morning. True to his word, he came and I found out to my great relief that it wasn't a bed bug I found, it was some kind of small beetle. Mike was honest and very helpful, he even went one step further and took a picture of the bug and said he would try and find out what kind it was and get back to me to reassure me (something he didn't have to do). Sure enough, he researched it and let me know it was harmless and nothing to worry about. I can't tell you the relief I felt! He made absolutely no money from me, but drove all the way here and provided a valuable, honest and friendly service.
I would absolutely recommend him, as I feel his company is not only honest but they go the extra mile.
