The warranty that was promised on the labour is the issue. Very hard to get them to come back and fix any deficiencies as they promised during the sales pitch, especially if your not in the Brampton area. He just kept saying, he was busy and would TRY to come in a few weeks. Jim was very rude to me on the phone when I explained my frustration. He accused me of saying that he does not tell the truth, then went on to make the issue now about his feelings. He was more concerned about letting me know that he always comes back, and hes now offended by me implying otherwise. All of this was done in a disrespectful tone, and 3 months after the original call.

There are always two sides to a story. As I am a small business owner, it is difficult to be in different parts of the GTA as quickly as I would like to be. My intentions were to go up and address any issues. As it wasn't an emergency I had said within the next week or two. Unfortunately that wasn't soon enough and I appologize for any inconvenience
