Do not buy from this company, I wasted my money on a leather sofa set. Was told there was a manufacturer warranty, 9 months later it started to crack and peel off. Called and emailed pictures of it, was told they call the manufacturer. Then told sorry don't make it anymore,untruthful.

NEVER EVER go to this funiture company, they all promise nothing, I ordered a bed room set and the bed was dusty and had cracks on, then I asked for change, they told me get another set which was better, they told me gonna ship to my house next day but took me 2 months to get, I'm so pissed off. And 3 months later the bed frame is broken, called them to fix it, those people promised but NEVER show up, they have NO reputation, When you call them, all they can answer you is: " We will fix/deliver your furniture tomorrow ( Friday ), I promise, NO PROBLEM my friend. " and good luck keep calling them back hundred times

We purchased a dinette set and the sales person was less than happy to sell the product to us. They agreed to deliver the next day between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. They never arrived. We tried calling the store over and over and they just never, and I mean never, answer the phone. I wish I looked at the reviews before this purchase. Save yourself the time and money so you can avoid serious disappointment. Horrible customer service! Lastly, the dinette set was chipped in the marble and 3 out of 6 chairs are not level. Worst product I have every purchased.

Unbelievable company, please anyone who is interested in purchasing from this company stay away and save your money. They promise all kinds of things and never follow through. Purchased a bedroom set, was not delivered when promised. Told it would arrive by 8pm, they called at 10:30 "said they were on there way" but did not show up. Called them 20 times the following day before they answered. Was delivered and both dressers were damaged. Was promised a new one would be delivered the following day, wasnt it took a week. To make a long story short was promised all kinds of things, they never followed through on any. I purchased the suite for a new home, its been three weeks now and 3 deliveries where all pieces were damaged and quality below poor. Still living out of a box hope resolution comes soon. I wish I had found these reviews prior to spending $3000.

Bed Quality/Material product that you can not even imagine living in Canada, When you visit the store and looked at the furniture you don't see all hidden spot and just take words of sales rep and trust them but everything turned out other way around ,

Extended Warranty sold based on wrong information, I found out when contacted the company.

Customer care after sale is horrible.

Quality of Material is far behind expectation.

Making false promises and failed to full fill Customer Complaint.

Totally Ripping the customer off.

I have taken my case to Ministry of Consumer Services. if anybody has similar experience and need my help, please contact me.

I just want to mention everyone, Please don't buy the furniture from the Brampton Furniture Liquidators.

Their quality is so bad and they don't provide any warranty and service.

I bought one set furniture from there in early July last year, but I got the sets after almost one months later. And now one dresser has already become damaged by nature. I can make sure it is not by man-made. I used it less than 10 month but the quality has becoming have the issue.

I asked them to fix it for me on early June. At first they said they will handle it and then I cannot reach them any more.

I have no better way and I called BBB. Even BBB cannot force them to provide the service.

Now I connected to them finally, but they said I need to pay it and they don't provide the warranty.

I am upset now. I hope you don't like me and keep away from this company which has bad credit.
