B.C Roy Mechanical

Hired this company after two consultaions with owner and sales rep. They came in to do the job. Caused excessive dammage to the house and did not complete work. Took them over one year and some work is still uncompleted and or not working correctly. They have been paid in full and do not return calls. They seemed like nice people but smiles and promises do not get the job done. We are very disappointment and extremly offended that we were left high and dry with the work not being completed. Costing us more money as we now have to hire another company to fix and finish the job we already paid for.

I had Brandon and his crew repair my furnace last winter and my A/C unit this summer. Very satisfied with the service on both. I find Brandon to be very knowledgeable and I especially appreciate his suggestions for trouble-shooting the simpler problems over the phone. For me, there’s nothing like dealing directly with the company owner. Very efficient but also takes the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done.

Having dealt with many contractors for numerous renovation projects in the past, only a few of them performed a job that truly met my expectations. Brandon and his team certainly have made that list and I can recommend them without any hesitation at all.

Initially we hired BC Roy Mechanical to service and inspect our gas furnace and to remove an old fireplace. Brandon and his crew inspected all components and then took their time to point out in detail the pros and cons of the existing unit. Knowing its age and limited lifetime, we opted for a new furnace. Brandon’s price was very competitive, workmanship was exceptional and professional and courteous service throughout the project – the site was cleaned after the installation, and gas lines were re-positioned in a more efficient way. Brandon and his team certainly surpassed my expectations!

My husband and I engaged a contractor to finish our basement and were a little unprepared for the speed with which the project got underway and moved forward. We had a gas line that needed to be relocated before the drywall could proceed so we needed somebody to come out quickly and Brandon was very helpful in not only accommodating our timeline but providing a fair price and sending over a crew that completed the job quickly and cleanly. We're very pleased and will use them again for our gas needs as they arise.

BBQ gas line fitted back in spring 2015. Professional and courteous service. Roy's first visit inspected the scope of work and was able to fit the work in at short notice couple of days later. He performed a great job. Roy is very friendly, he goes to a great length for customer satisfaction. Definitely recommended.

Brandon installed the gas line for my oven and my cousins oven. He did a great job, and was very efficient.

He even saved my cousins house, and possibly his life after he realized that the builders had forgotten to turn the gas off in his house. Brandon smelt the gas, and took the proper actions to ensure the gas was cleared from the house before anyone was allowed to come in, and any work was done.

Amazing person, and amazing service, a very hard combination to find in this day and age.

B.C. Roy installed a new air conditioner, a gas line for my BBQ and replaced the venting for my furnace and dryer, much of the previous work was not done to code and was generally done poorly. The job required many more hours than anticipated and much more material, the only extra cost that I picked up were the additional materials and I was given options on those. Brandon and Brad were courteous, professional and cleaned up everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them in the future.
