Tamim came for my issue With doorbell camera and found the problem
Was a loose Electrical wire in the basement which saved me from hiring an electrician to look into the matter because he fixed it and the power was restored to the working bell camera which didnt fail. It was a power issue. Technician came within hours of my. Phoning the office with my issue Im very happy with the quick service I am getting if help is needed

I was impressed with CSP from my very first call. Courteous, very responsive, and no hard sell. Their installer Tamim really knows his stuff, was polite and respectful, and even cleaned up after himself! I'm very glad that we chose them for our security system. The $200 cost was so awesome additional sensors that we decided we would have over and above the package we chose.

We were with another company with an older system that needed replacing, and the difference in response and efficiency was astounding. I have no reservations about recommending them to family and friends.

Easy installation and very easy to use. I initially had the system installed in BC, and the transition from Vancouver to Toronto is very smooth. I just had the alarm removed in Vancouver and reinstalled in Toronto. Very efficient service, Tamim was very professional and helpful. He gave me good advice about where to install the panel. 10/10 would recommend CSP to friends :)

Tamim was awesome at installing my alarm. He was very respectful while in my home. He was very patient while teaching me the system as well. Tamim is very knowledgeable when it came to showing me how the system works and he took time to answer all my questions. He was very nice to my animals as well.
