Snow Removal review in

Jack did my snow removal for the past 2 years and his service consistantly started dropping each time he came. He was ALWAYS late and started not showing up at all.
For the 2010 and 2011 season, he literally took my money and never serviced me once, and I am finding out that I am not the only person he scammed. He has subsequently changed his cell number and is no longer reachable.
I am considering filing a charge against him with the Police and know of 4 other people who are also interested.
