Installation of hardwood floors
Todd installed maple hardwwood on the main floor of our home in July, 2012. He was very easy to talk with and always very professional. He took the time to explain the different types of hardwood and options we could go with which he is very knowledgeable about. He happily answered our many questions. At the time of installation, Todd made us aware of a problem with our wood which he informed us of right away. He was very honest and up front with us and dealt with the company to have the problem solved for us. In the end we ended up with a product that we are very happy with. Todd is very conscientious and did an excellent job on the installation which included 11 stairs. He was also very good about cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. He also kept to the quote that he gave at the start. He really went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with everything and was very pleasant to work with. Todd did a fantastic job! We love our new floors and we would highly him. Thanks again, Todd.
