We called Todd based on a recommendation we had received. He came to our house to do a measrement, and at that point we had not purchased hardwood, but did have a discussion with him as to the product we were considering. After much discssion with him, we chose an alternate wood. Thanks to his knowledge and information we are glad we made the change. Once we had purchased, we arranged an installation date, and Todd showed up right on time. He was promt and between him and his crew the installation was completed exactly as planned. The site was kept clean and the quality of the workmanship is excellent! It all looks great! We will be sure to recommend Todd at every opportunity.
