Many thanks for the thoughtful review Marilyn. Always a pleasure to work at your home and I am looking forward to returning in the spring for the next project.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review on the work I completed for you. I am happy that you like the finished product and appreciate you outlining the area’s of my work that you feel I can improve. The final cost was above the estimate but I had informed Ashleigh there would be an additional cost at the time I found the trim to be custom milled which I had to source out. The door size she decided upon was also not a stock size and had to be ordered as well. I also told her I would not be marking up supplies to help keep costs down. I had forwarded photos of the finished closet to her as Ashleigh was out of the country and she reminded me of the rod and shelf. I promptly returned and installed them and them forwarded photos of the closet with the shelf and rod. The remaining custom trim was not removed as it is always a good idea to have some extra on hand for future repairs. The box of debris in the garage is on me as I had put it in there to keep it out of the way during renovations and slipped on disposing if it. I would have gladly returned to dispose of it if asked. If you need any work done in the future I would be happy to help. Thanks again for the project, John
