We were introduced to Ron Townshend when Enercare came to install a new hot water tank and told us our chimney liner was non-existent. Ron came exactly when he said he would come. He was professional, courteous and personable. He completed the job as he said he would. There was more of a problem than he had originally suspected bit he did the work, was up front with what was happening and was fair in terms of the final price we paid. He cleaned everything up inside and outside which was appreciated. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
