My patio door was builder quality. After seeing the lovely door you installed for my daughter I didn't have to shop around, I knew i would be satisfied with Northern Comfort. The installers were clean, polite and efficient and the house was left spotless. I love the quality of my door and look forward to next summer when I can totally appreciate it.

We ordered 2 new exterior doors for our home. The sales rep was Barry W. We already had business dealings with this sales rep; he sold us our new patio door, which we're very happy with. The Crew Leader for our 2 new doors was John K. The installer was Sean M. John & Sean arrived on time and worked diligently all day to put the doors in. Installations are problematic and far from straightforward. The Crew Leader was obviously very experienced and was a great problem solver. Both John & Sean were very patient and personable. Great guys who did a phenomenal job. Ten out of ten!

Darryl and Jay came to my home on Mon November 10, 2014 and did an absolutely fantastic job installing my beautiful windows. Not only did they do a great installation job, they also investigated a problem that 3 other "professional contractors" had not taken the time or trouble to resolve the problem. And, Darryl and Jay came up with a solution. I have sang there praises at all my social functions.

Very happy with the overall service, the two gentlemen who came were polite and did the job with pride. The new door is excellent and would recommend.

I have worked with Northern Comfort for over 2 years on some of my major home renovation projects and have been a "triple repeat" customer now. They have always been very thorough in their communication, and in general, let me know what to expect. In particular, it is their installation team that has really made the difference - Darryl and his crew are top notch - they have done a great job on all of the projects. Recently, Darryl and Jay completed a garden door installtion, despite the fact the weather was not co-operating greatly, but they fared through the whole day and got the job done. They were very careful to put plastic wrap in my house to protect my furniture and floors, and they vaccuumed everything up, and swept all outside affected areas as well. Darryl was very meticulous in the installation, and is able to think on his feet and come up with solutions when a slight alteration is required on site that might not have been anticipated during the pre-measurement phase. Overall, they are hardworking, friendly and reliable. Stephanie, who oversees the management and logistics for coordinating installation, was also great to deal with - a true customer focused individual. Dennis, my trusty saleman is also very honest and nice to work with and he was very accommodating dealing with my erratic work schedule. I highly recommend this professional company and crew.

The entire experience was very hassle free and straightforward. The workers who installed the new windows and removed the old were hard working, polite, and cleaned up before they left. The windows themselves are very nice and good quality. Would recommend.

We were very impressed from the initial meeting with Rick from sales to the installation by the installers Rod and Keelyn. We have never experienced such great workmanship and outstanding courtesy to detail by any other vendor or service company we have used in the past . Keep up the great work gentlemen.
