Sales rep (Ryan Anderson) i rate a 9. Very on the ball. New his stuff relevant to out home. Wind direction, product knowledge and solutions were all provided. He quoated and measured quickly. He was always reachable phone or email during business hours. Install crew 8- showed up on time, were clean, fast.
Communication between office/ shipping and install crew rate 5. Too many appointments booked for small job. Didnt provide i crew with the correct product (trim) to finish job.
