We had replacement windows installed in our house. Salesman was professional and able to give us an onsite price estimate on first visit.
The installation team did a great job installing but left the windows dirty with fingerprints/adhesive on the glass .
I would recommend that the windows come with plastic protection or that Northern Comfort follow through with someone to clean the glass after installation . Dirty windows are bad first impression and since our house is a 2 storey we require a ladder to clean some of the upper windows.
