Ive heard the horror stories of contractors showing up and disappearing for long stretches of time, not communicating, identifying problems, and fixing them with shoddy workmanship, and was very nervous upon starting this renovation.

But thanks to Vlad and his team, my fears were absolutely and completely blown away. Vlad is easy to communicate with, his team shows up every day consistently, and works their tails off to deliver quality work with great attention to detail. His team also made sure to protect all the areas outside of the renovation area as best as possible with zip-up tarps, and floor protection.

Vlad has many years of expert experience, and it shows in how he manages this project. He helped coordinate with the city for permitting, and various experts (electricians, millwork, fabrication), he solved problems when they came up (inevitable with a 100+ year old home), and the finished product is the bathroom(s) of my dreams!

His pricing is reasonable, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I am a repeat customer. Vlads company Reno-Ex completely renovated my 2nd floor bathroom in 2019. When the workers discovered a problem with my outside wall, they immediately brought it to my attention. Vlad worked with an engineer to fix the problem. Vlad and his crew were professional, honest, fair and meticulous with details. We were so happy with the results that we brought him back in 2021 to build our 3rd floor deck. We changed the original design to incorporate walls to shut out neighbouring homes and glass to highlight the ravine behind my house. Vlad was very accommodating and we now have an oasis of privacy. The Inspector had an easy time closing my permit. He said that the deck build was one of the most solid he had seen. Everything was done to the Citys requirements and more so. Wonderful contractor, wonderful crew and wonderful end result.

This is the second time that I have used Reno-Ex for a renovation project and I am happy that I hired Vlad and his crew for a second time. I have dealt with many frustrating contractors in the past, but Reno-Ex is a completely different story. Vlad is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Vlad and his team did a full en suite bathroom renovation which included: demolition, straightening out walls and floor, full plumbing and electrical, waterproofing, lighting, drywall, tiling, and hanging all fixtures including shower glass. In the end I have a beautiful 4 piece bathroom with a modern curbless shower. From the estimate to design, to construction - dealing with Reno-Ex was a pleasure. Vlad and his crew are very attentive to detail. The finished project turned out to be flawless!

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we had Vlad come and give us a quote for removing a bath tub and replacing it with a complete shower stall. This is our primary bathroom so we wanted it to be perfect.

I hired Private Homes Management to build a 3-piece bathroom in my unfinished basement. I had a laundry facility which was removed and rebuilt at a different location in the basement. In place of the laundry facility I had a bathroom built by Private Homes Management complete with a sink, toilet, and shower. The project manager, Vlad, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me. Him and his team built exactly what I wanted, and helped me realize my design right down to the paint colour and trim pieces. All work was done in the time which was originally estimated, and I did not pay a penny over the estimated price. I definitely recommend this company as they are very reliable in every way. I would definitely hire them for other projects and will recommend to others.
