We paid 13,000.00 to Gracious Hardwood in 2018 to install hardwood floors and stairs in our home. The installation was completed in September 2018. 1 day after the installation, we called Gracious and said something is wrong with the installation of the floors. The floors have large gaps in the floors and make sounds everywhere on the floor. That being said, we have called Gracious Hardwood over 300 times to have them fix the issue.
They make endless excuses, avoid phone calls and outright have their staff being dishonest to customers. It is now July 2018, almost a year since installation and Gracious has yet to remedy the issue. Anjali, the Owner is not a responsible business owner. She clearly just cares about making the money but does not care about the service and quality that her company offers. Anjali had her supplier come into my home to try to push the blame on them. However, it was not a product issue but clearly an installation issue.
The unfortunate thing is that Gracious would rather lose potential business than to fix their issues. Many of their existing reviews online have the same theme. I have notified the company should they not make any resolutions to these severe issues with their product I would be filing a complaint.
