In July of 2014 Gracious Flooring installed porcelain tiles in my kitchen, foyer and bathroom. On the day of the installation, Anjeli had to be called to the house as we did not agree with where the installers were going to begin laying tiles. I would not have had a central line down the kitchen. They finally agreed to start where we asked. In August 2015, the grout became loose on one of the bathroom tiles. Several calls and an email to the company brought me no help at all. From phone calls, I received excuses as to why they would not come and repair it: they no longer had the same grout; it was a simple task - I should try the repair myself. When asked about her guarantee of the floor, Anjeli replied "The floor - yes. Not the grout." I sent an email offering to buy the grout and to pay for a service call, explaining I preferred to have a professional do the repair, even though it was minor and supposedly simple.
I received no response, so this weekend I attempted the repair myself. The follow up service from this company is non-existent and for this reason I would never recommend this company.
