AllMax Home Inspection

We had purchased an older home and just wanted to know more about it and generally its overall condition. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and his expertise was evident. He took his time and was very thorough. Similarly he took just as much time answering our questions, of which we had many as first-time home owners. Alan did a wonderful job for the inspection of our 50 year old downtown home. He was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from the inspection. He told us a bit of the history of the home and the neighbourhood as well, and how new building standards have improved since then. He's young and energetic, and not afraid to climb up to the roof. Money well spent!

Alan did a great job walk-through noting things we hadn't noticed during our first year in our home as well as answering all questions about things we had noticed and were concerned about. He explained the basics of maintaining our home,

He took the time to explain everything to us as we did the walk-through. He gave us advice and tips to save us from paying for unnecessary services.
