Alan did a great job walk-through noting things we hadn't noticed during our first year in our home as well as answering all questions about things we had noticed and were concerned about. He explained the basics of maintaining our home,
He took the time to explain everything to us as we did the walk-through. He gave us advice and tips to save us from paying for unnecessary services. We received the completed inspection on the Tarion form in 24 hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Alan for anybody looking for a detailed home inspection.
