Alan was very thorough and efficient with his inspection of our home. He took multiple photos to aid in his report and picked up on a number of things that we would have otherwise missed. He then sat down with us and educated us on the home we had just bought.

His report afterwards contained a great level of detail, recommended action items, and cost estimates, as well as very helpful maintenance tips. We would definitely recommend his services to family and friends!

A leak in our bathroom damaged the ceiling of the kitchen below, and we needed to get mould remediation done asap. But before the demo took place, we wanted to ensure there was no asbestos in the ceiling itself.
