Highly recommend Alan! He's very professional with a good sense of humour, killer attention to detail, and communicates clearly about potential issues / concerns. He was extremely thorough - from checking every socket, faucet, nook and cranny in the house and garage. I also opted for the infrared camera package which identified a past water leak repair in the basement!

Husband and I are first-time home buyers and recently bought a 15 year old home. We did not want any surprises after we moved in when it came to work- both current and future that needs to be done.

Alan did an extremely thorough inspection of the place, his attention to detail and thoroughness was amazing. He noticed a lot of little things and picked up on some renovations that were not done properly.

He provided us with a full detailed report with pictures that same evening. Well worth the price- when making the biggest purchase of your life, an inspection in not something you want to skimp on.

Not much to say, this was a hassle free experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a Pre-Purchase Inspection.

I called, the phone was answered, we quickly settled on a mutually beneficial time to have my Pre-Purchase Inspection. The inspector showed up on time (early) and immediately got to work. He said what he would do, and did what he said. He also walked around with me educating me on different items that he was noting.

After we completed the inspection, he set an expectation of when my report would be complete, it arrived exactly during the timeframe mentioned.

I would use AllMax again, I trust this company to provide services that look out for my best interest.
