Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and professional doing a home inspection for us. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things I didn't know about general house maintenance, and Alan took the time to explain all the important things I needed to watch out for. The education was worth the price alone and I feel much more confident in my investment knowing a pro like Alan gave the house a clean bill of health.
