Alan did an excellent walk-through noting some things I haven't notice during the year we lived in the house. He also explained the basics of maintaining a house, which was very useful for us as first-time homeowners.
After the inspection was complete I received all the paperwork via e-mail in two days, as agreed.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Alan for anybody looking for a detailed home inspection
