Home Inspection review in

Allan arrived early and we got started right away. We only had an hour but he went through the entire house without rushing. He did a thorough inspection, pointing out concerns and mistakes as well as positives and benefits. He also provided helpful advice about how to address the parts of the house that needed work. Allan explained everything he was talking about and happily answered my questions.
His insights also helped my wife and I to make an informed decision when offering on that house later the same day. And we got it!
