I called Allan to come over and do an air quality and mold sample test . He responded immediately and showed up the day later. He took his time explaining the situation in my apartment and made suggestions accordingly. The test showed a toxic mold growth that was putting me and my family at risk. Allan explained the tests in detail and suggested the solution to the problem. I was able to terminate my lease early and move out . He even pointed out a problem in the washroom out of courtesy.
