This is a long overdue review from a first time house buyer. Alan did an awesome job by providing a detail report with photos that helped us in the negotiation with the seller during the sale. His report convinced seller to fix tons of problems for the 50 years old house and saved us quite a bit of money and time. We also asked him performed two mold tests and thermal imaging around the house. The report came in quick and accurate. His professionalism and work ethic is impeccable. I will certainly use his service in the future.
