We had Alan test certain areas of our house for mold after noticing water damage and a funky smell......he came right away and quickly reported the lab results to us. The machine took a few minutes to gather air samples from each room and while we waited Alan allowed us to pick his brain regarding issues with our home (recorded in our home inspection done by someone else). He was respectful of the home inspector's report and provided a lot more detail!
I also found his customer service (follow up phone calls, short time to respond to my messages, considerate messages related to my worry about the mold levels, etc.) was excellent.
