We had been having ongoing roof problems, cuminatng in a leak after some unprofessional workmanship from a roofing company.
Alan responded quickly, came when he said he would and porvided us with detailed infomation and how to proceed - both what we needed to do and what we did not need to do. He also provided additiional info on other areas of the house.
Overall a very satisfactory experience and happy to use him him again in the future and to recommend his business to others
