This is the second time that I have hired Alan for a home inspection and he has again demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. For the property in question, he noticed evidence of wood eating insects on a window sill of the property and inferred that there was a high possibility of termite activity behind the basement wall that was directly opposite of the window.
