This place has a nice selection of tiles and reasonable prices however their customer service is appalling. We have returned to their store multiple times to purchase more of one set of tiles (after a contractor mishap) and on each occasion I've had to leave numerous messages for Aaron which are never returned until chased and chased. This week I've left messages on Thursday Friday Sunday and Monday and its now Tuesday and I haven't heard back. On another occasion we were told tiles in stock and arranged for our contractors to start based on this and then told although the tiles were "in stock" they were not at the store. Waited days and days for them and no follow up from the store at all. We have now found another retailer and won't be returning to Keramin- sad for them as we are renovating a house with 6 bathrooms!

Dear Jessica, Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience. BUT consider this. Your order was processed five times due to miscalculation by your contractor. We can not be held accountable for your miscalculations. It takes time to process one order, not to mention same item ordered five times in small quantities of 2 sq feet, then 3 sq ft and then 5 q ft. etc.. Also considering that we did not apply any charges for shipping such small orders multiple times to you. As well, we processed orders without taking an upfront payment, unlike the standard policy in any retail business. You have been contacted numerous times in regards to your order status. In the future, to avoid such issues we suggest to take precise measurements from the beginning or hire our professional team of installers to get it done right from the first time!
