Home Inspection and Report for 2-yr Tarion Warranty Submission
I contacted Shawn when I required to submit the 2 yr Tarion Warranty claim for my home and I wasn't sure what was included under Tarion 2-yr warranty.
Shawn showed up on time, explained what's in scope, and did a thorough inspection and sent me a report with all issues and pictures annotated. He returned later when there was a water leak a week later and advised us what we need to add to the claim. His price was very reasonable given our bigger home with 5 bedrooms.
I would highly recommend Shawn for any home inspection needs especially if you require a formal report for submission.
