I was extremely happy with Shawn, super thorough, easy to understand, very descriptive and knowledgable of what he was showing and telling us about the property. He brought up things I would never have thought could possibly be a future problem and explained exactly what we could do to fix them. His report that he sent me was so amazingly detailed and precise. I would definitely recommend Shawn to anyone in need of a home inspector.
