Marc has been helpful and his senior roofers did a good job with our flashing and fixing a few parts of the roof that we were not very happy with originally.

Despite a few issues, everything has been resolved with our roof. Marc has always been very helpful and his senior roofers did a fantastic job with our flashing and fixing a few imperfections.

- Poor communication between office and crew.
- Seemed to have hired inexperienced sub crew for original installation.
- Pooling of water on roof (rather blame my gutters) than fix it, or do it right in the first place.
- Improper drip edge installation is collecting water along the edges in some areas (pictured).
Final inspector never even went on the top roof. Had to point out issues myself otherwise they would not have returned to partially fix.
